Our Executive Director, Brandi Nuckols, brings nearly two decades of experience in the housing industry, with a dedicated focus on community associations since 2013. Prior to stepping into her role as Executive Director in 2022, Brandi served as a community portfolio manager and was an active volunteer on the Central Virginia Chapter’s Social Committee for six years, including three years as Chair (2019–2022).

Her deep industry knowledge and firsthand experience allow her to anticipate the needs of our members and provide meaningful, informed support to the communities we serve.
