Tiffany Brown is the owner and CFO of Elite Community Management. She has over 33 years of property management experience. The most recent 20 years have been spent specializing in association management. Tiffany serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Virginia Chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI), is an accredited Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), an Association Management Specialist (AMS), a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
