Our Executive Director, Brandi Nuckols, has served in the housing industry since 2006, shifting her focus to community associations in 2013. As a former community portfolio manager, she served on the Central VA Social Committee for six years and was chair from 2019 to 2022. Her background gives her the ability to anticipate the needs of our members and apply her valuable insight into better serving those in our chapter.
